How long will my order take?

As a small business, we are always striving to provide efficient and high-quality service. We process all orders in the chronological order in which they are placed and ensure that all orders are thoroughly inspected for quality control before shipping. As such, we are currently able to offer next-day shipping, and also able to expedite the processing period.

Currently, the average processing period for all in-stock orders is 3-5 business days. A business day is Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm and does not include weekends or public holidays. If your order is placed towards the end of the day or outside of business hours, it will typically begin processing on the next available business day. Please note that certain factors including public holidays, peak periods such as Comic Con, sales and the holidays, and unexpected supplier delays (for example as a result of Covid-19 related shipping and logistics hold-ups) may affect this standard turnaround time and as such we ask that you remain patient as our team will provide full tracking details as soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse. After your order has been processed, picked and packed at our warehouse, we will provide full tracking information to you via email. You will be able to track your order’s progress by either checking back with your Japanese Post link or by downloading the Shop app. For the most accurate tracking updates, we ask that you wait at least 24 hours before checking back regularly with your Japanese Post tracking link, along with any additional emails from Jappokemart Collectables.
