We only accept consignments from trusted individuals and vendors and have our own internal process to evaluate all sealed products. In the rare event of a fake sealed product, you, the buyer, assume all risk. Sealed products are sold as-is. Returns or refunds will not be accepted once the item has been shipped under any circumstances.
By purchasing this sealed product, you understand there is no guaranteed way to verify its authenticity without opening the item. You understand this is the industry norm of the Pokemon card market. Kanto Shark is not responsible for any issues related to authenticity or reseals. By purchasing, you assume all risks. We can independently verify the product before shipping out by opening the product to confirm and then placing security tabs on it. Once the item is shipped, you take responsibility in all aspects of said sealed product. We can not guarantee authenticity once it leaves our possession.
Any concerns regarding authenticity in the future after leaving our possession should be directed elsewhere. The only way to 100% guarantee verification is by requesting Kanto Shark opening the sealed box, ETB or pack after purchasing and before shipping.
